Description

One of Wendy's little sister, a shiny Vaporeon named Carla. This was ordred by Frank35 and i had fun drawing her (even if it took forever cause my job LOL )

According to Frank she is not nearly as tightly string as Wendy and is a bit of a carefree party girl. She was spoiled and it shows.
